4.A For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application for a change of liquor manager on Wholesale Distributor liquor license (LIQUOR-004866-2020) with Steven R Becker as the liquor manager for Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits, LLC located at 8400 S Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89139. 

Recommendation: To approve a change of liquor manage for a Wholesale Liquor Distributor liquor license with Steven R Becker as the liquor manager for Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits, LLC located at 8400 S Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89139 subject to the following approval.

4.B For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application to add Liquor Catering to existing liquor license (LIQUOR-007642-2022) with Walt Owens as the liquor manager for Local’s Lair LLC dba The Tap Shack located at 112 Rice St, Carson City, NV 89706. 

Recommendation: To approve an application to add Liquor Catering to the existing Liquor License with Walt Owen as the liquor manager Local’s Lair LLC dba The Tap Shack at 112 Rice St, Carson City, NV 89706 subject to the following approval.

4.C For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding applications to add Jennifer Robin Beck Harlan as an additional liquor manager for Packaged Liquor Licenses (LIQUOR-007940-2023), (LIQUOR-007943-2023), and (LIQUOR-007945-2023) Save Mart Supermarkets LLC dba SAVE MART SUPERMARKETS #552; SAVE MART SUPERMARKETS #551; and FOODMAXX #449; located at 3620 N CARSON ST CARSON CITY, NV 89706; 4348 S CARSON ST CARSON CITY, NV 89701; and 3325 HWY 50 E CARSON CITY, NV 89701, respectively.

Recommendation: To approve applications to add Jennifer Robin Beck Harlan for Package Liquor Licenses for three store locations, Save Mart Supermarkets LLC dba SAVE MART SUPERMARKETS #552; SAVE MART SUPERMARKETS #551; and FOODMAXX #449; located at 3620 N CARSON ST CARSON CITY, NV 89706; 4348 S CARSON ST CARSON CITY, NV 89701; and 3325 HWY 50 E CARSON CITY, NV 89701, respectively, subject to the following conditions. 

4.D For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application to approve a change of liquor manager to Package Liquor License (LIQUOR-004772-2020) to Miranda Falahat for Maverik, Inc dba Maverik #409 located at 1451 College Pkwy, Carson City, NV 89706.   [Late Material]

Recommendation: To approve an application to change the liquor manager to Miranda Falahat for the Package Liquor License for Maverik, Inc dba Maverik #409 at 1451 College Pkwy, Carson City, NV 89706 subject to the following approval.

4.E For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application to approve a change of liquor manager to Package Liquor License (LIQUOR-004773-2020) to Donna Allen for Maverik, Inc dba Maverik #560 located at 3922 Hwy 50 E, Carson City, NV 89706.   [Late Material]

Recommendation: To approve an application to change the liquor manager to Donna Allen for the Package Liquor License for Maverik, Inc dba Maverik #560 at 3922 Hwy 50 E, Carson City, NV 89706 subject to the following approval.

4.F For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application to approve a change of liquor manager to Dining Room with Hard Liquor License (LIQUOR-004862-2020) to Kimberly Dandos for Silver Oak Development Co dba Silver Oak Golf Club located at 1251 Country Club Dr, Carson City, NV 89703. 

Recommendation: To approve an application to change the liquor manager to Kimberly Dandos for the Dining Room with Hard Liquor License for Silver Oak Development Co dba Silver Oak Golf Club at 1251 Country Club Dr, Carson City, NV 89703 subject to the following approval.

**PUBLIC COMMENT:  Please note that liquor hearings conducted by the Hearings Officer are NOT subject to Nevada’s Open Meeting Law requirements because an individual Hearing Officer does not constitute a “public body” as that term is defined in NRS 241.015 for purposes of Open Meeting Law compliance. However, to further the City’s policy of providing transparency in government and to encourage public participation, the Hearings Officer will provide at least two public comment periods in accordance with the Open Meeting Law prior to adjournment. In addition, it is Carson City’s aspirational goal to also provide for item-specific public comment as follows:  In order for members of the public to participate in the public body’s consideration of an agenda item, the public is strongly encouraged to comment on an agenda item when called for by the Hearings Officer during the item itself.
